Sleeping

Some of you may know me and some of you don't but for those of you who know me, know that I have problems sleeping sometimes. Which I am sure that may of you are not a stranger to either. Anywho, I ... sometimes have to take meds to go to sleep. I was wondering if anyone out there deep in the internet have experience with anything like what I am explaining. Would like to know about the dreams that you may have had. About how you felt when you woke up after a "restful" nights sleep. Things of that nature. Thanks! - Tori
