Shopping

I swear that shopping at this time of year gets worst every year. I went to WM<< with my mom and it was horrid; people are rude. I thought that this was the time of love and cheer... not the case. Not in Mississippi anyway. I just wanted to walk the rows of toys in peace but no, people have to bump into me and rush around like chickens with their heads cut off...

Sick Days

Being sick sucks and we all know this as a fact. Getting better takes time and you must give your body the times it needs to heal. That means that you need to take it easy. Read a great book, even re-read an old book. I like to hangout with a hot cup of tea under a soft blanket watching T.V. or playing video games just giving my body a rest. What about you?

Today

There are good days and there are bad days but this one was one of the days that make me take a step back and say, "Wow, I have a great life." There are so many people that I've met that don't realize how good they have it. Wish that I could bring how wonder their life is to light to them but that's not my job nor is it something that I feel is my place to do. This post on the other hand can substitute as a reminder for how you should become aware of what you have and be happy to have the life you live.

Work Brain!

Sitting and waiting for my brain to work. Not sure what it is that I want to accomplish at the moment. I have this urge to write but there isn't anything in my brain beckoning to be created. Otherwise I will be forced to get up from my lovely creative station and clean something.

As I am having this cup of tea, there are no thoughts I like that are coming to me.

If I could harness the creative power that i have at the most inopportune times I would be the most productive artist that I have ever been.

Wish that was now.

Holding Back Creativity

When you have the time to sit down and write do you take note of all of the thoughts that you had during the day ? Do you compare yourself to other people who you hold to a high creative standard? I do this from time to time. I enjoy comparing myself to other's work and when I sit down to do anything I take note of what I have been thinking during the day as well as the mood that I am in when I take the time to site and chill with a pen and paper. I am not really sure where this is going but I'll still publish it so that I can see what comments get posted
